Tyler Walker competed in select races for Bill Davis Racing before being suspended in May 2007 for failing a NASCAR drug test. He has not raced in NASCAR since then.
He was arrested on a variety of charges, including drug possession, had a warrant issued for his arrest in Utah for failing to give his attorney the correctly signed plea agreement to submit to the courts.
Walker pleaded guilty in December 2014. In March 2015, Walker was sentenced to prison in Utah. The charges: two third-degree felony counts, two terms of 180 days on two Class B misdemeanor counts and 90 days for a third-degree felony and Class C misdemeanor.
